Bayou Classic 5" Stainless Thermometer - carded 5020. The Bayou Classic 5 inch stainless steel thermometer is the same stainless steel thermometer included with our fish fryers and deep fryers. The Bayou Classic 5 inch stainless steel thermometer will give you the temperature of your grease or water. The size of this stainless steel thermometer is designed to use with your shallow pots or deep fryers, rather than the turkey fryers and stock pots. (Use the 12" thermometer-5025 for those big daddies!) There is a red fire hazard area on the face. Temperature ranges 100 750. The fire hazard area starts at 450 degrees.
